Patrick Lybaert is born in Belgium. He studied occupational psycholigy at the State Universuty of Ghent. He acquired more than ten years of hands-on line management experience, working in a multi-cultural environment, both in Belgium, and abroad.
As of 1995, he is a founder of Executive Leadership Foundation aiming to develop leadership excellence for executives and teams of private as well as public organisations around the world. The fundation supports many of these organisations to lead their corporate transformation and build a culture for sustainable success.
Patrick is widely recognised to be committed to deliver leading edge high quality seminars on leadership and change. He has worked extensively in more than 30 countries, across Americas, Asia, Middle East, and the whole of Europe, including Croatia where he has been involved with the leading organisations for seven years.
In this capacity he is also delivering execuitive development programms for the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM Erasums University).
